ENQUIRY REPORT ON DELAY IN RELEASE OF PAYOUTS BY SARVA COMPANY
The reason behind failure in release of payment was mainly due to change in Payment Gateway.
As per the statement made by the Company, in previous times, NEFT system was used for the whole payments, however due to increase in number of investors, Company was compelled to use different mode of payment i.e CASH MANAGEMENT SERVICES (CMS) wef from yesterday. In the first instance only payout for 500 members could be released and the remaining amount gets reverted back to the Company’s Bank account. So Sarva Board Members along with CMS Technical Team from ICICI Home Branch spent 2/3 hours to look into the matter, however it could not be rectified in due time as expected. Another meeting was held between Sarva Board Members and CMS Technical Team at around 10PM yesterday in which the Technical Team requested for 2/3 days time to be given to look into the problems. Accordingly Sarva Board had also circulated a notification in this connection for all investors last night.
LATEST INFORMATION FROM THE COMPANY (20/08/2019)
It was confirmed from the Company at around 4pm today that they will do all necessary rectifications/upgradations and will release all pending payments on Monday, the 24th August 2020.
So, all Investors of SARVA ITECH are requested to kindly wait for the time promised by the company patiently without any doubt.
